Day 75: Siena to Ponte d’Arbia

After taking advantage of a rainy day to take a rest day in Siena we started our last 300K walking to the quaint little town of Ponte d’Arbia.

There was lots of mud on parts of the trailing turning our walking into plodding.

Enjoyed the quiet seeing no other pilgrims until just a few kms. from our destination.

After talking with an older couple walking from Strasbourg, France we walked into Ponte d’Arbia with Nicola from a small village outside of Venice.

Centro Cresti was a pleasant donativo hostel offering a private room.
{CAPTION}

Walking into town there was some interesting art pieces spread over town. Created by a Japanese artist.
